BHAJNI CHAKLI

A mixture of roasted rice, three types of lentils, bajri (pearl millet), poha, sabudana, and a handful of spices is ground into a fine powder. This powder is then transformed into a dough. Using a sorya (a tool for making chakli), these dough portions are shaped beautifully and fried at a low temperature. The result is ultimate crispiness and a delightful flavor. The best part is that it contains no refined flour!

Ingredient: Rice, Chana daal, Urad daal, Moong Daal, bajri, poha, sabudana, coriander seeds, sesame, cumin, ajwain, red chilli, turmeric, salt and sunflower oil.

CHIWRA

A flavourful and colorful tadka of peanuts, curry leaves, green chillies, dry coconut, chana daal, cumin, mustard, asafoetida is added to Roasted poha and crispy corn flakes. Results into a crunchy and colorful treat to enjoy with your chai. Again free from refined flour and chemicals as well!

Ingredients: Poha, corn flakes, peanuts, dried coconut, curry leaves, green chillies, sunflower oil, phutana daal, cumin, mustard, asafoetida, turmeric, red chilly powder and salt. 

FARSAN SHEV

Besan (Bengal gram flour) is mixed with spices to create a dough, which is then formed into thick threads and directly poured into hot oil for frying. A good shev offers a delightful combination of crispiness with the first bite and a soft, flavorful finish.

Ingredients: Besan, coriander seed powder, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt.

KARANJI

DINK LADDOO

Edible gum, also known as dink or gondh, is a winter fighter! Dink laddoo is a warming treat that prepares your body for the upcoming winter. A handful of almonds, cashews, and dink are mixed together. Dates are combined with them to impart their sweetness, and pure ghee works its magic, binding them together into a delicious ball.

Ingredients: Dried coconut, Date powder, pure desi ghee, edible gum, almonds, cashews, rajgira flour, jaggery and elaichi. 

SHANKARPALI
