Bhajni Chakli (Multi Daal and Rice chaklis)
A mixture of roasted rice, three types of lentils, bajri (pearl millet), poha, sabudana, and a handful of spices is ground into a fine powder. This powder is then transformed into a dough. Using a sorya (a tool for making chakli), these dough portions are shaped beautifully and fried at a low temperature. The result is ultimate crispiness and a delightful flavor. The best part is that it contains no refined flour!
Ingredient: Rice, Chana daal, Urad daal, Moong Daal, bajri, poha, sabudana, coriander seeds, sesame, cumin, ajwain, red chilli, turmeric, salt and sunflower oil.
